Kurkure solid masti- a very popular snack in india which everybody loves to munch on. Of all these days i was suddenly reminded of kurkure snack to chase my little hunger in middle of my work. Had no shop to get these snack and didn’t want pack of preservative to consume.

Thats when i thought why not makes these at home. They are not only yummy but can be made in bulk and stored for long. Can be savoured and enjoyed by my family. So today I shall share this recipe with you all.

Ingredients
- Fusili pasta(macroni or penne also can be added) : 250gms
- Corn flour : 3 teaspoons
- Salt : to taste
- Oil: to deep fry + 1small teaspoon
- Pepper powder : 1/4 teaspoon
For seasoning spice mix
- Salt : to taste
- Pepper powder : 1/4 teaspoon
- Amchur : 1/4 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder : 1/2 teaspoon
- Chaat masala : 3/4 teaspoon
- Kala namak : pinch
- Tomato powder : 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- Powdered sugar : 1/2 teaspoon

Preparation method
- Boil water in a pan or vessel.
- Once water starts to boil, add pinch of salt and 1 small teaspoon of oil.
- Add pasta(any type of choice).
- Cook till perfectly done.
- Strain and spread the pasta on clean cotton cloth to dry completely.
- Transfer the dry cooked pasta to a vessel and sprinkle corn flour.
- Add pinch of salt and pepper powder.
- Toss and coat well.
- Heat oil in kadai.
- Drop the cooked coated pasta and fry till golden and crispy.
- Take them on kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
- Make similar batches as much as needed.
- Make seasoning spice mix by adding salt, pepper powder, red chilli powder, tomato powder, amchur, kala namak, powdered sugar and chat masala and mix.
- Sprinkle the spice mix on top of crispy twisters and toss well to coat.
Spicy crunchy kurkure style solid masti is easy to make and store. It can be stored upto 2months.
